Terms of Service

Last updated: June 2026

These Terms govern your use of Big Talk. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you're using Big Talk on behalf of an organization, you agree on its behalf.

The service

Big Talk generates pre-meeting briefings from public, professional B2B information and delivers them through the web app and optional channels. We may add, change, or remove features as the product develops.

Accounts and eligibility

You must provide an accurate email address and keep your account secure. You're responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 and able to form a binding contract to use Big Talk.

Acceptable use

Big Talk is for legitimate business preparation. You agree not to:

  • use the service to harass, stalk, or harm any person;
  • attempt to re-identify, scrape, resell, or build a competing dataset from the information we surface;
  • use briefings for employment, credit, housing, or other decisions that require regulated data sources;
  • interfere with, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a monthly or annual basis. Each plan includes a monthly briefing quota; generation pauses when the quota is reached and resumes the next month. Annual plans are billed up front. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. You can change or cancel your plan from the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.

Workspaces and seats

Team plans are billed per seat to the workspace owner, who manages members and seats. Quotas pool across the workspace. Invites are bound to the invited email address. Removing a member frees their seat at the next billing cycle.

Your data and privacy

Your use of Big Talk is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect and how we handle it. You retain ownership of the inputs you provide.

Intellectual property

Big Talk, its software, and its brand are owned by Big Talk. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service. The briefing text generated for you is yours to use in your work.

AI-generated content and accuracy

Briefings are generated by language models from public sources and may be incomplete, out of date, or wrong. They are a starting point for your own judgment, not a verified record. Confirm anything material before you rely on it, and use Big Talk only for lawful, professional context.

Third-party services

Optional integrations (such as Google Calendar and Telegram) are provided by third parties under their own terms. Connecting them is your choice, and you can disconnect them at any time.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don't warrant that briefings will be accurate or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Big Talk will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination

You can stop using Big Talk and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the service in a way that risks harm to others or to the service.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be posted here with a new date and, where appropriate, notified in the app. Continuing to use Big Talk after a change means you accept it.
