When Crystal is the better choice
There is a real case for the other tool.
If your team already runs on DISC and you want personality profiles attached to CRM records, Crystal does that and Big Talk doesn't. We don't score people.
Same goes for coaching a long relationship, or prepping a team on how to handle one difficult stakeholder over months. That's a temperament question, and temperament is not what we read.
